I am an individual sharing my personal experiences, photos, and opinions. I am in no way a representative of Disney, or any of it’s affiliate companies. My blog is only informative in nature and does not represent the views or opinions of the Disney corporation. Your personal mileage and experiences may vary, and do not substitute my judgement for your own, or that of a trained professional. Please also check the date that a blog was published and verify that things still exist/work that way before getting angry that something no longer exists or that something like a registration process has changed.
Photos on this blog are a combination of my personal photos, official Disney photos, stock photos, and photos readily found on search engines. I do not link and/or give credit to every photograph, but they are all used under the Fair Use Act, in which I may use images for “purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research…” This blog counts as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, and research, depending on the post itself. If I have used a photo that belong to you and you would like credit at the bottom of the post, let me know with proof of ownership and I will do my best to honor your request. I may not be obligated to remove a photo that you have previously published publicly.
Most of my photos include a stamp of (c) disneyfangirl.wordpress.com. That mark in no way implies that I created or own the licensed images/paintings/characters. It is a watermark on my personal photographs due to continuous bandwidth stealing from other blogs/websites. Please, if you want to use one of my photos, save it and upload it to your own website – do not directly link the image from my page unless you are using Pintrest or a similar site.
YOUR Experience Disclaimer
Please, guys, I am here posting about the news and experiences that I have. I am not here to post or debate on YOUR experiences. Obviously, with anything in the world, if you go to a place at a different time/day, you may get different results. Please DO NOT send me messages or post comments about how you had the opposite experience of my review, so I therefore must change the review to reflect your thoughts in place of my own. If you feel there is something missing from my blog – GO WRITE YOUR OWN. The same goes for something I haven’t written about that you think I should. I’m open to suggestions, but I am getting way too many people leaving comments like “____ character was awful to me, ignored my kids, stomped on my feet – you need to write a review about my experience!” If it didn’t happen to me or in front of me, I’m not going to comment on something like that.
